Klok in the top 10

It looks like Klok has made the top 10 apps making AIR worth installing (at least according to lifehacker.com). Thanks to Kevin for the kind words. I highly recommend checking out some of the other apps on that list too. There are also, plenty of other great AIR apps worth checking out too over at the Adobe AIR Marketplace.

I'm getting into Air but your little program has got me buzzing, very handy - I prefer it to a browser based program. Thanks.

Aspects of Klok I find don't seem to really work. Like the "Sub-Projects" add feature, only seems to add "New Project" each time you click it. I do not see any way to rename it. I also have trouble with the Start Working On feature. The time ticking feature seems to get snagged at 0:01. Not sure why. Time entry seems to work perfectly, though.

I also had no luck deleting Sub-Projects.

You probably know about all of this, but in case you don't or maybe there's something I'm doing wrong. No telling.

Nice app, though.

This is a great tool. However, I had an update the other day and ever since then, it has been slowing down my PC. Could there be a memory leak in the latest update?

Hello,

Is there a way to print the time sheet entries. I need to create a detailed report of my activities along with my time.

Thanks.

Klok doesn't work with entries that go past midnight--try it: start timing just prior to midnight and it stops tracking time at midnight. Also, you can create an entry that spans midnight, but this display gets messed up.

Congratulations to this ranking - but I have to admit, this is indeed a great tool!

But there's one thing not quite clear for me about the duration calculation in the TIME ENTRIES register. The duration is not a time value, isn't it? Is this expressed as a percentage? It might be helpful to have a duration expressed in hours and minutes.

I love this program, the drag and drop functionallity is great. One feature i would love is for the option to keep time in 15 minute increments. Since thats how i bill my time, When you start recording time it starts with a 15 min. block and then in 15 minutes it adds another 15 minute block. And one other thing is to be able to rename Sub Projects in that window when you create them.
Other than that, its great.
Keep up the great Work.

I've been using klok for a week now, absolutely love it, most time management programs either don't work like I do or are way too obtrusive. This is great!

klok is a joy to use, but i find myself invariably using the time management tools on the freshbooks site, simply because that's where i'll be billing my client. i'd be interested in helping to create freshbooks integration for klok (if that turns out to be practicable - the features aren't one-to-one).

To all those asking if Klok is still being developed. The answer is "absolutely". We are up to version 2.1.5 which you can download at http://getklok.com. There is a free version and a full version. See the comparison at http://getklok.com/features.html#versions
